BAADER LINCO Inc. formerly BAADER Johnson was founded in 1946 as The Gordon Johnson Company in response to the need for automated defeathering of chickens. Since that time, it has grown to become a leading manufacturer of poultry processing solutions throughout North America.

With more than 60 years of experience in the industry, BAADER Johnson continually adapted to meet the demands of the North American Poultry market by manufacturing first class equipment, high quality OEM parts providing processing solutions with excellent service and support.

In 1997, Johnson Food Equipment combined its poultry operations with BAADER Food Processing Machinery making BAADER Johnson a full-line poultry processing manufacturer with the addition of BAADER’s line of secondary processing machines such as skinners, deboners and meat separators. BAADER was also able to provide BAADER Johnson with value-added processing solutions. In the 90’s, through a partnership with the leading developer of weighing technology, BAADER Johnson began putting a great deal of focus into developing a sizing product line to expand their line of solutions.  Today BAADER LINCO Inc. has developed sizing solutions that best meets the extreme demands of the chicken plant environment.

In 2007, BAADER purchased LINCO Food Systems®, internationally known for providing complete poultry processing solutions. Together, BAADER-Johnson® and LINCO Food Systems® are now BAADER LINCO Inc. and supplies complete poultry processing solutions to customers worldwide under the BAADER LINCO brand.
