The inauguration of the most advanced poultry processing plant at the Pacific marks a significant milestone in Ecuador’s agricultural sector. Following the technical opening in July, the official inauguration was celebrated with distinguished guests, including the Ecuadorian minister of Agriculture and Livestock , Danilo Palacios, Minister of Production, Luis Alberto Jaramillo, the director of CONAVE (Organisation of Ecuadorian poultry producers), Diana Espin and BAADER's CEO, Petra Baader, who said: “This facility, in this vibrant region, is more than just a factory – it symbolizes the strength of collaboration and high-tech innovation “.

Under the visionary leadership of AVISID founder and owner Xavier Anhalzer, the project was made possible through collaborative efforts between Ecuadorian and German partners.
