The Transfer Machine 122 is designed to release the bird from an evisceration, air chilling or weighing line and automatically transfer it to the next processing line. Automation of the transfer process allows for higher line speeds while eliminating the costly and uncomfortable labour of rehanging wet and cold birds manually.
