“Tonight, we will feel and experience a piece of what ONEBAADER means: colleagues from different international locations coming together, to celebrate the uniqueness of ONEBAADER, global and local, poultry, fish and digitalization, heritage, and future, and our leadership in processing solutions to innovate food value chains”, highlighted Petra Baader in her speech at the renaming party in Doesburg.
More than 300 guests with colleagues from Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Iceland, Iran, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Arabic Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America came together to celebrate the renaming of the BAADER Poultry entities as well as the joint future under one roof.
An impressive dance performance turned the capturing messages of Petra Baader and the overall party motto into a motivating mixture of dance moves and graphical impressions thereby bridging from the official part to the employee party.
With over 30 degrees and sunshine, the LOC 17, an old shipyard nicely located at the Doesburg canal offered the right setting to recreate BAADER memories – celebrating the present, our heritage, and the future.
Various food trucks provided a variety of summerlicious food, a live band followed by a DJ entertained the dancing crowd, and those colleagues with unlocked talents could take over the karaoke tent.
Fun was present in the photo booth as well as outside at the canal, where the mild summer night provided everything that was hoped for, ever since the first party plans in early 2021.
A firework over the canal rounded the successful evening and a great day that started with a BAADER factory tour and interactive city tour for first-time Doesburg visitors.
The event not only marked an impression that BAADER colleagues know how to party, but also how diverse, global, and future-oriented BAADER is. Not only to the benefit of its customers but also as an important employer in the Doesburg region as witnessed and reconfirmed by the town’s deputy mayor and other officials.
