To unleash traceability and efficiency of the line, the fillet inspector BAADER 1860 is a perfect complementary component. A vision system works independently on both conveyor lanes and evaluates every passing fillet on meat and skin side regarding color, melanin spots, gaping, skin wounds, size and weight. This information is transferred to the further processes like e.g. a fillet distribution solution or a fillet packing solution. Furthermore, the B’Logic software collects and stores the quality data images for raw material analysis and can be used for finished product traceability.
