The IS-034 heading machine is specifically designed for heading whitefish. The collar-bone is attached to the trunk after processing. The design of the machine provides a clear and easy access to internal machine components, minimizing daily maintenance and cleaning. The cutting mechanism ensures high and consistent yield and throughput, providing a clean high-quality cut with no damage to the fish.
