To achieve this, BAADER is developing monitoring and reporting systems that enable our customers to enhance their production performance throughout processing. Real-time performance monitoring can reveal deviations immediately, allowing for fast corrections. 

Following the motto "Smart Processing," BAADER will showcase its latest solutions at IPPE 2025, emphasizing the protection and maximization of meat value throughout the processing cycle. Additionally, we will show how advanced software tools can assist processors in planning production for each bird and ensuring every gram of meat is safeguarded and efficiently harvested.

Digital Portal

To provide visitors with a comprehensive understanding of our digital tools, we have established a dedicated digital hub at our booth. Here, visitors can engage directly with our experts in Artificial Intelligence and software. Alongside BAADER specialists, you will also have the opportunity to meet Emydex Technology, the newest member of the BAADER Group.

AI-Based Evisceration Monitoring Performance

The evisceration line is essential for producing clean, safe-to-eat chicken products. However, ensuring consistent product quality and value can be challenging due to downgrades and contamination risks. At IPPE, BAADER introduces a monitoring solution that pinpoints the root causes of these issues, tracing downgrades to specific sub-processes within the evisceration line.

Automatic Front Half Deboning

Automation minimizes labour dependency while ensuring consistent production quality. At IPPE, we are presenting the upgraded Front Half Deboner 661, now enhanced with new features, such as wing tendon cutting and top membrane harvesting. 

AI-Based Rest Meat Detection

Monitoring the amount of meat left on the carcass after deboning is critical. Every gram of meat not recovered from the fillet represents a missed profit opportunity. To address this, BAADER has developed a vision camera solution that monitors the meat left on the carcass after deboning and alerts the processor about excess waste production. 

Refiner Technology

After minimizing the meat left on the carcass, processors can further utilize any remaining meat by processing the carcasses with a BAADER Refiner. This gentle method of separating usable meat from hard components allows processors to repurpose the leftover meat into high-value products such as nuggets or sausages.

New Grader Solution

The new TrueGrader 1810 is engineered for simplicity, precision and fast weighing. This compact grader can process more than 300 pieces per minute with an accuracy of +/- 1 gram per one deviation.
