New CTO at BAADER

• Matthias Hoffmann is the Chief Technology Officer as of 15 January 2025

The BAADER Group announces that Matthias Hoffmann has taken over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) effective 15 January, assuming responsibility for key strategic areas.

"With Matthias Hoffmann, we are gaining an exceptional leader who will not only enhance our innovative strength but also bring fresh impetus to the ongoing development of the BAADER Group," states Petra Baader, CEO of BAADER Global SE.

Matthias Hoffmann, a graduate mechanical engineer, brings extensive experience from international leadership roles. Most recently, he headed the PET product division at the KHS Group. His expertise includes optimizing global production processes, lean operations, and quality management.

A native of Lübeck, Hoffmann will strategically advance the optimization of BAADER's production facilities worldwide, create global synergies, and further solidify BAADER’s position as a technological leader in mechanical engineering. His focus will centre on viable growth.
