The BAADER 2801 Crab splitting machine provides the crab processor with a more refined, gentle and quick way to process dungeness and snow crab while improving production value and reducing costs.
Depending on the legal requirements BAADER suggest gentle stunning of the raw material prior to the process in order to assure loss of consciousness. The BAADER 2801 provides immediate gutting and splitting of crabs at highest yield.
