The course is designed for participants who are responsible for machine maintenance and need to know how to optimize yield or prevent product defects.

This can only work if you understand the functions and processes of the machine and its modules. Incorrect settings and lack of knowledge always ultimately lead to poorer machine performance.

• The machine will be completely adjusted, both mechanically and pneumatically, using the operating manual, under the instructor's guidance.
• The machine, adjusted by the participant, will be tested with the product.
• Further mechanical adjustments and optimizations will be discussed with the instructor and, if necessary, carried out on the machine.
• Machine handling, knife sharpening, and machine cleaning.
