Since the 1980s, BAADER has been at the forefront of breast filleting machine development for the poultry industry. With each innovation building upon the last, BAADER’s commitment to meeting the diverse needs of global chicken production has remained constant. From the introduction of the first automatic breast filleting machine, subsequent developments have been guided by a deep understanding of market demands and industry experiences. Today, BAADER continues to lead the way in poultry processing technology, delivering solutions that optimize efficiency, quality, and versatility to meet the ever-evolving needs of the poultry production market.
The newest manifestation of this ongoing commitment to innovation and advancement is the BAADER Breast Cap Deboner 660A. It represents a leap forward in versatility and speed, surpassing previous models while maintaining the hallmark of high-quality fillet products synonymous with BAADER solutions.
This new filleting solution is outfitted with automatic tools designed for skinning and separating the fillet from the carcass. However, it offers processors the flexibility to choose between automatic or manual harvesting of filletproducts, empowering them to tailor the process to their specific processing requirements. In the fully automaticconfiguration, only two manual loaders are required to run 85 caps per minute. When choosing the semi-automaticversion, an additional four workers are required to harvest the fillet products.
By minimizing the workforce required on the line, the footprint is significantly reduced as well. Automatic tools takeup less space, resulting in the BAADER Breast Cap 660A occupying less than half the space of a manual deboningline in the processing plant. This space-saving design allows for more efficient utilization of valuable floor space forother essential purposes.
Perhaps most significantly, the automatic Breast Cap Deboner 660A ensures the same production versatility as manual deboning. It facilitates a wide range of fillet products, including single and double fillets, with or without the tender attached. Moreover, the fully automatic version enables the harvesting of rest meat and keel bone (yagen) automatically, ensuring every gram of valuable product is extracted.
The Breast Cap Deboner 660A is designed to accommodate varying breast cap sizes, ranging from 350 grams (0.8 lbs) to 1200 grams (2.6 lbs) W.O.G. weight. Variations +/- 200g (0.4) oz of breast cap weight within one mechanical setting.
The Breast Cap Deboner 660A prioritizes control and monitoring, featuring a Human Machine Interface (HMI) control panel conveniently situated on the plant floor. This user-friendly interface empowers operators to oversee and adjust deboning process parameters with efficiency, ensuring optimal performance and yield.
With intuitive navigation and four pre-set recipes accessible on the screen, production setup becomes swift and straightforward, particularly during shifts. Operators can efficiently select the precise machine settings needed for any desired product by utilizing these recipes. Furthermore, these recipes are easy to configure and can be promptly modified as required.
Machine data serves as a vital link in the information chain, significantly enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of decision-making. In line with our commitment to empower our customers with insights into plant floor operations, the Breast Cap Deboner 660A is equipped to seamlessly share data with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
The new Breast Cap Deboner 660A is suitable for any processing plant looking to automate the breast cap filleting process. Its advantages are manifold:
