After having held several CEO positions in Iceland and founded companies such as Gannet Business Consulting, he considers working hard more like a hobby and lifestyle than an obligation. Always in search of involving people and strengthening team spirit, he never loses his positive attitude and focuses on producing results. These qualities prove especially beneficial in his role as overall Product Specialist for cross-industry technologies such as chilling, thawing, bleeding and pumping within the wide BAADER product range.

Bashkim Mustafa’s expertise focuses on the BAADER Refiner 600 to the BAADER Refiner 608. Besides Refiners, he is passionate about his motorbike – which he drives, whenever he gets a chance.
