The Trio FDS 2000-2 is a skinning machine for skinning fish fillets of uneven thickness and for recovery of dark meat. It is designed to improve skinning results with no reduction of speed and without putting any strain on the fish meat or skin. This results in a great quality on the fillet.

Stable Production for High Throughput

  • By using “surface freezing” the fillets are firmly positioned and do not shift during skinning – higher stability
  • Wide drum allows for either multiple small fillets side-by side or very large fillets
  • Adjustable operation speed to match production line
  • The fillet is oriented and straightened by laser light and the line from the backbone
